What Is the Key Behind Your 97% Success Rate?
Video Description
I would say there’s a few things that contribute to my success as an attorney and having a 97% success rate. I’ve definitely fought on cases that I think other attorneys would turn down or give up on and you have to fight on some of those cases. They’re not guaranteed cases. You have to litigate them. You have to go through the court process and kind of wear down the insurance company. And, a lot of times, even if there’s a little risk on their end, they’ll get them resolved even if they’re not a perfect case. Another thing that is a huge part of our firm and our practice is focus groups. So we do at a minimum of once a month and that’s where we bring in a bunch of random people from the community. We’re trying to get an idea of what a potential jury thinks about a case.
And so, we do focus groups on all of our cases that get litigated. So I know what the strengths are, what the weaknesses are, and how to address the weaknesses. We’ll focus group the same case multiple times. There may be, you know, the first time we lose based on the facts that we present to the jury. So we find a way to try to overcome those weaknesses, present it again, and then we find out we’re winning. And through focus groups, we have found a way to get around weaknesses in many cases. And, that contributes to our success.
