Recently had a very difficult trucking case and we were able to get that resolved at policy limits without having to litigate the case, which is something I have not seen in my 21 years. And so, it was a settlement in the millions of dollars, both the underlying policy and the excess policy. I can’t tell you the name of the trucking company due to confidentiality, but my client and the family that we were able to help, for them to be able to be compensated and not go through the rigors of litigation and be subject to depositions and, you know, interrogatories and requests for admissions and the whole process that sometimes drags out very long. I have a trucking case that I’m supposed to try in January of 2025, and that case has been going on since 2018, so I’m seven years in litigation. The fact that this family didn’t have to go through that, that is what makes it especially proud.
