Shock & Awe Box: A Gift From Feller & Wendt

At Feller & Wendt, LLC™, were always trying to find ways to make the client experience better.  When you call us, something bad has happened, 
it’s an unfortunate nature of my business is that when I represent something, it’s because someone’s been hurt, and most of the time, they’re stressed, and there’s obviously layers to that, you have your small cases and the truly tragic catastrophic cases. We’re always looking for ways to make sure the clients understand that we see them, we know who they are, we want to make sure they understand that we take each case individually. And so, one thing we’ve looked at trying to do is to send just a small gift at the beginning of a case. We call it a shock and awe box, but it it is a nice gesture. We believe to tell a client, we know who you are, we know you’re going through a tough time, here’s a few items that you might enjoy. You know food items, things they can put in their vehicles like a blanket, an umbrella, small things. It’s nothing big but we just look at it as a nice gesture to make sure clients understand that we know them individually, we take their case individually, and we want to make sure they feel comfortable with us as their firm and their attorneys.
