Distracted driving is definitely an issue in our society, and the most common type of distraction is texting. We’ve had multiple, multiple cases where either we could prove up with some evidence that clients were on their phone and texting while driving or sometimes they’ll even admit it to us if we’re litigating a case and in a deposition. So distracted driving is, you know, a horrible problem, causes a lot of issues, and you want a firm that can attack those cases the way they should be attacked and punish the driver through their insurance for their actions.
