So the core values that we emphasize: We’re really focused on making sure that our new hires, whether they’re attorneys or support staff, are dedicated to our clients. We focus on loyalty to the firm, and what we mean by that is that the firm is going to take care of our employees, and in return,  we expect the employees to take care of our clients. We also focus on making sure that we have a healthy work-life balance. That’s important to us. We also make sure that we emphasize that our folks are focused on generating incredible work products. And again, that’s because we want to make sure that our clients are getting the best, and we treat every case the same. So again, it doesn’t matter if it’s a small case or a big case. We’re generating incredible work products. Finally, it’s that community safety that I talked about earlier. We want to make sure that every case that we’re working on, what our staff and our teams are working on, is not just a case to bring dollars in for the client or dollars in for us, but it has a bigger impact. It has to be a case that is going to help make our communities safer for everyone.
