My daily interaction with clients is more behind the scenes. I run a team. My team is making sure that once the client’s case is settled and our funds are in house, we’re going through and making sure everything about their case is handled from paying off the providers, making sure any type of leans are handled, and making sure the money is accounted for. So that  we know that we covered the clients bases and we we feel good about the money that we’ve given back to them because not only are they getting some money in pocket but we’re also setting them up for success because there’s nothing else that they need to worry about after my team’s kind of handled that. So we don’t interact directly with the clients typically but you know we’re definitely making sure behind the scenes that everything’s going accordingly with their money, it’s being handled ethically quickly in a timely matter, and all that. So my biggest why we do that, is to make sure that these clients are being taken care of and knowing, you know, if it’s my family out there one day and anything were to happen to them, I would feel like I would handle it no different because it’s important to get these clients back on their feet
