We spend about 30 to 45 minutes getting to know them, their fact scenario of their case, and also any future needs. We establish trust, we establish communication, open lines of communication, and we also express and explain the process. We want them to anticipate  things that are going to happen, not constantly guessing or calling and asking you why is this happening and why didn’t this happen. So we’re going to establish the entire process and what to expect in that initial call, and I think that that is the most valuable thing that this firm does.
