Does Utah Have a Motorcycle Helmet Law?
Video Description
Yes, in Utah, if you were under 21 years of age, if you’re on a motorcycle, wear a helmet, wear protective gear, wear your gloves, wear your pants. And there’s a reason for that, and that is number one, we want our clients to live. I would much rather get an injury case from a client than a wrongful death case from their parent, or friend, or family member. Number two, juries hate motorcycle drivers that do not have safety gear on. It’s as same as being in a car and not wearing a seat belt. They will put responsibility on you even if it was not your fault at all for your injuries if you’re not wearing your safety gear. So put your helmet on, put your gear on, put your gloves on, put your jacket on, put your pants on, put your nice boots on, mostly because if it were up to us we wouldn’t have jobs right. We don’t want anybody to get hurt.
