The Significant Impact A Focus Group Can Have On A Case

A way focus group has significantly impacted a case that I’ve handled; I worked on a premises liability case where it was difficult to prove and difficult to identify who had created a hazardous condition here. But through a focus group, I was able to speak to a number of members of the community who had actually been to this store and seen similar issues. And they gave some insight as to, hey, I’ve seen this issue before, or I’ve seen this happen at this store, and through that, I was able to send some discoveries, some interrogatories, that helped lead to evidence that ultimately won the case for us.
