Feller & Wendt, LLC™ Trial Preparation
Video Description
So, I approach trial prep like I approach trial, which is, the job’s done when the job gets done. You can ask anybody here at Feller & Wendt, LLC™, or anybody who’s ever worked with me when I get ready for trial; we’re doing 20-hour weeks in trial, and we’re doing 20-hour days. People say, what do you, what do you mean? And it’s, that’s what it takes. I mean, so we will burn the candlestick at both ends to be ready because the last thing I’m gonna do is walk into a courtroom and be a reflection of me and my firm and not be the best reflection that I can be. And so that takes 20-hour days. And so we will work and grind it hard for the two or three weeks leading up to trial. We’ll do that the entire time during the trial. And then you can call the office, and you’re probably not gonna find me for a week to 10 days, because I’m gonna be in recovery mode at that point in time. But that’s how we prepare a trial.
