Mark attended Utah State University where he earned a B.S. in political science with an emphasis in economics. Mark then received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of law where he graduated with honors and a certificate in trial advocacy. While in law school, Mark participated on the national moot court honors board and took first place at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition sponsored by the American Bar Association. Upon graduation, Mark was elected to the National Order of the Barristers. This honor is given to select law graduates who have excelled in written and oral advocacy.
